Functions are to be conducted in a simple way befitting the sanctity and serenity of the Temple, without disturbance to the poojas and schedules and without causing inconvenience to worshipers. You are requested to co-operate with the temple management in this matter.
Functions are strictly to be conducted at the Hall permitted to be used. In order to avoid inconvenience to the temple rituals and to devotees parties should vacate the premises immediately after the function is over.
A copy of the application with permission to conduct the function at the Temple will be returned to the applicant who will produce the same with payment receipts to the Administrative Officer who will arrange to conduct the function. Request for additional facilities other than permitted will not be entertained.
All payments should be made to the Sabha/Trust and receipts obtained.
After the marriage function, the bride, bridegroom and parents / guardians should sign the Register kept at the Temple office and also obtain the Sabha’s Certificate of Marriage after 3 days from the date of marriage.
(a) Nirapara (Pookula to be brought by the party) (b) A set of Nilavilakku (c) Two Thulasimala from the temple (a & b will be provided only in the Hall) (d) Provision for coverage of one Video and Hand Camera (additional coverage of Video/ camera facility will be charged extra. (VIDEO COVERAGE AND PHOTOGRAPHY OF STRUCTURES AND SREEKOVILS/TEMPLE DEITIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.)
Catering arrangement are to be fixed with the Catering Contractor and charges to be finalized with the Contractor and paid to him directly. Decoration and Nadaswaram can also be arranged by the temple at the party’s request. Charges for the same are to be paid directly to the contractor.
Outside food / Catering service / Decoration will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Live music and loud speakers will not be permitted in the hall.
